The conference will report on important fundamental discoveries made in the biofilm research area and will describe the impact of biofilm formation on treatment failure, the resistance phenotype of biofilms, the interaction of biofilm bacteria with the immune system, biofilm and cancer, bioinformatics of biofilm formation, application of biofilm bacteria leading to health benefit and strategies to treat biofilm infections. |
