| 4th SFM/NDPIA Day - Registration Deadline June 25th 2018 | ||
| The Swedish Society for Microbiology (SFM), will together with the National Doctoral Program in Infection and Antibiotics (NDPIA) organize a scientific meeting, the 4th NDPIA/SFM Day on 2 October 2018 with the aim to promote interdisciplinary scientific interactions. The programme features invited keynote speakers, short presentations selected from abstracts and a poster walk. The meeting will be held at Hjortviken Konferens outside Gothenburg. The meeting provides an opportunity to present and discuss research projects and to expand scientific networks. Registration and abstract submission deadline – 25 June, 2018 Abstract Template: Länk Registration Fee for SFM members, October 2: 500sek (625, including VAT). No accommodation included, but can be booked separately if required. Registration Fee for non-SFM/NDPIA members, October 2: 1125sek (Inc VAT) The NDPIA/SFM Day will be preceded by an NDPIA workshop on scientific writing/grant application writing 1 October. Registration fees for NDPIA members 1-2 October: Accommodation in a Double room – Free of charge Accommodation in a Single room – SEK 500 SFM members who are also NDPIA members are encouraged to register through NDPIA. Registration links: For SFM members: Länk For NDPIA members: Länk For non-SFM/NDPIA members: Länk Workshop and meeting participation including dinner and accommodation in shared double rooms 1 October is free of charge for NDPIA members who will participate in all activities 1-2 October and also submit an abstract and present a poster 2 October. N.B. Cancellation of participation is free of charge until 1 August. However, from 2 August cancellation charges will apply. NDPIA members will be charged SEK 4275 for cancellation of participation. An additional SEK 500 will be charged if a single room had been reserved. Please note that all costs are specified including VAT. Cancellation is made by replying to the confirmation e-mail sent by elisabet@umea-congress.se and informing why participation has to be canceled. The conference fee covers participation at the conference, meals and accommodation at Hjortviken Konferens as well as free bus transfers to and from the venue departing from the Gothenburg airport Landvetter 1 October at 10.45 a.m. and leaving the meeting venue for Landvetter at 6.30 p.m. 2 October. For those who can not/do not want to take the free bus, information on how to reach the meeting venue can be accessed via Länk NDPIA members who have registered to activities 1-2 October via the link above can apply for co-funding of travel costs for participating in the activities by filling out the form below by 25 June 2018 at the latest.
