| The 20th Smögen Summer Symposium on Virology takes place August 24-26, 2023. Registration is open. The general Symposium format will be the same as previous years, with particitation in Smögen and also online. The scientific program will include Keynote lectures from outstanding national and international experts in various fields of Virology. Another important part of the Symposium is the short oral presentations representing Scandinavian virology research, ranging from basic and applied Virology to clinical virology. Also the social program will aim at keeping to previous traditions. We have so far succeeded in engaging four excellent keynote lecturers: - Dr. Emma Thomson, University of Glasgow, Glasgow, UK - Dr. Hugo Zeberg, Karolinska Institutet, Stockholm, Sweden - Dr. Gunilla Karlsson-Hedestam, Karolinska Institutet, Stockholm, Sweden - Dr. Ralf Bartenschlager, Heidelberg University, Heidelberg, Germany | ||
